Eugh, well my stomach has been feeling like it's on fire for the last few days. And I know it's from eating bad food. I have been feeling fine for about
a week now, being strict with my alkaline diet and then slipped up.
I don't know why, but I can feel fine and then think I can relax my eating habits...I'm actually quite embarrised if I admit what I eat, but I had a small amount of relish in a sandwich (evil stuff, full of tomatoes, sugar, salt, onions) but yeah only had a small amount, along with a yogurt, a small bag of crisps, and 2 chocolate biscuits.
Eugh, I know it was stupid, please don't judge me :P
I just hope this burning calms down soon. It's now day 3, I've drank loads of milk, had loads of natural yoghurt, bananas (they usually ease the burning) and still my stomach's burning....I just feel like drinking an entire bottle of Gaviscon.
Anyway sorry, just wanted to vent my frustrations...
Just wondering how long it took people out there to stick to their new diet? Mine is SO strict... I need to stop slipping up, I just can't get away with it.
