I just wondered, with me it seems I tolerate very little. I can't have too much in the way of acidic drinks, carbonated drinks, or too much sugar and definetely no alcohol. Doesn't seem to leave much room for anything other than water!
I so badly want to be able to try and live as normal a life as possible and possibly maybe be able to go out on evenings out again? Just wondered what everyone else is like? Maybe I just need to drink water in between each drink at least...hmmm. I know it could be partly my anxiety playing a part here, I know anxiety can make acid problems worse, so I can get anxious when I have those sorts of drinks too...what does everyone else here do?
