Recommended Surgeon for Acid Reflux Surgery!

Hi,could anyone recommend a Surgeon who has a lot of experience with acid reflux surgery,i have heard a lot of horror stories from people about their surgery and it seems to come down to the surgeons skill. I live in Northern Ireland but would be willing to travel to the mainland.Tried all the medications and they make me ill,just spent 5 months recovering from folate and b12 deficiency due to ppis and h2 blockers,so surgery is my only option,just need the right surgeon!Thanks very much! Hello Baza and welcome to HealingWell.

I hope someone comes along that can advise you on surgeons in Ireland or the area.

It is very important to fine a surgeon that has the skills and experience you want in a Dr. I wish you well.

I'm in Georgia in the USA. I'm not sure if you want to travel that far. I did have a wonderful surgeon. Ask around and find out who is the best in your area.
