well cooked (over cooked) brown rice is a food i have rarely if ever refluxed
i eat a bowl of it with a little organic chicken broth, or my own broth from a recently boiled whole chicken
two hard boiled eggs without the yoke...just two egg whites.... have almost never been a problem, and if i want to spice things up and am willing to roll the dice i mash them up in a little (little) mayo
i have almost never refluxed after eating one peeled apple..and then i eat nothing else for an hour.
ive been pretty successful eating one banana ( yes peeled )
if you can, as an experiment, keep making your meals smaller and smaller for two or three days, until you can find a volume of food that is so small you dont reflux it back up
wait at least two,,,or three hours between each of these very small meals
for me when i was in crisis last year, that meal was two spears of asparagus and two slices of tofu the size of matchbooks
i stayed with that for 3 days and then slowly added something here an there
stop all eating around 6pm...dont drink anything after 8pm, dont recline till 10pm and as said above sleep on a wedge or with the head board of bed elevated...extra pillows under your head will not work and in fact may make things worse...the entire torso and head must incline
