Any advice would be appreciated

It's been 38 years since I've had my gallbladder removed and I've been having problems with bile ever since then. It's worse in the morning with the vomiting. I am so tired of going through this. I recently had an endoscopy and colonoscopy which were okay..... although the doctor removed 5 polyps. The problem I'm having is I'm on meds for a heart condition as well as thyroid meds. I was prescribed Questran last week and so far, nothing has changed. I was given this drug about 20 years ago and it didn't do anything then. I'm hoping that this time around, I'll have some success. I've cut out all of the acids, fried foods, etc. and have been drinking more water. Honestly, this is interfering with my work as well as daily living. If someone can offer any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for replying. I meant to type Cholestyramine Powder. Sorry. Supposedly, this will help with the bile but I'm not seeing any difference. The one thing that's confusing is before my gallbladder was removed, I was experiencing daily vomiting so I'm wondering at this point if it was even my gallbladder. However, I was only 17 when they removed it and honestly, nothing seems to be helping. I've been diagnosed with "Spastic" Colitis so I'm also dealing with that. I was told to elevate the head of my bed to help alleviate so much bile, but due to three cervical spine surgeries, this is nearly impossible. I'm at the point where I'm beginning to get depressed.
