Endoscopy after effects anyone else?

Hey guys, I'm new to the forums! But anywho, I just had my first endoscopy today for my GERD and cause I went to the emergency room for pain in my left side, later to to find out the pain was due to an inflammed portion of my Small intestine. Anyways back on subject, has anyone else had any after effects? I'm just experiencing some severe heartburn and upset stomach plus I feel all crampy as well.

Welcome to HealingWell. You may experience some belching, bloating, and abdominal cramping for a short time after your procedure. This should pass quickly.

Call your GI Dr. or whoever did the endoscopy to discuss the sx you are having as it is best to get a professional opinion.
