GERD/Heartburn with blood?

Not sure if I should go to the doctor, maybe this is common with heart burn? Curious..
Little background before blood I found in my mouth:
-I have regurgitated food back up in my mouth before (not recently) after eating.
-I burp...a lot. I mean.....a lot.
-It's common for me to have stomach aches after eating

Recently:
Few days ago.. my heart hurt literally all day. It never crossed my brain as heart burn (even though it probably was, I don't know much about it)
Next day.. It hurts still, and half way through the day I'm just sitting in class and I taste blood in my mouth. I think Im having a nose bleed and cover my nose, but it's in my mouth and it's bright red- I try to get it out with a paper towel and call my dentist to see if I a cavity or gingivitis.
I went and she said my gums were normal but my throat looked really sore. She said it could be heart burn, but blood coming back up? If I think about it my throat has been feeling sore, but not as sore as Strep would be. I have no cough. I don't feel a cold.

Since this I taste blood at times, but I don't see anything in my mouth.

ideas? or bring this to a regular doctor?

Could be coming from the nasopharynx area, sort of like post nasal drip except with blood in it. That area can be pretty sensitive to reflux. I used to get some bleeding there from damage done during the night and I'd notice it in the morning hours.

It seems unlikely it would be coming up from the throat, since gravity would pull blood from there down the esophagus and not into the mouth.
