Good afternoon all of my peeps,So good to read each of your updates.
Sandy, Atenolol is a good choice and not only will it help with the arrythmia but it is also helpful for anxiety. I try to take my meds at the same time each day also which is pretty much a habit now but on occasion I may get thrown off schedule and so far I still do OK.
Keep on practicing staying in the moment. Being in the moment requires that you do not remain inside your own head, captivated by your thoughts and words. It means living an outward life.
Remember it is easy to get stuck in the loop of "what if?" thinking and this is not where you want to be. If you find yourself in the "loop" - Stop - kick those feelings to the curb and move on. You are a remarkable person so celebrate each day.
You are one awesome member here in the forum and know we are all here for you.
Ashley, Las Vegas - dang - I was suppose to be there this week but my plans got changed do to something beyond my control and now I have an airplane ticket that was never used. Hopefully this fall I can make plans and jet off to see the shows and all my favorite haunts.
I am so glad to read you have been having a good time visiting family. You deserve to be happy.

Denise, I hope I have already said Congratulations but if I missed it somehow - here it is now ! Being grandparents for a second time - way cool and I know this family addition will fill your heart with pure joy !
Hoping your summer is all that you planned on and sure wish I could jump on the iron ore ship and head your way.
As always, thank you for posting to the newbies and the new post-op members with questions.
MMM, I am glad you are doing well off the PPI and that you side effects have lessened. It must be a huge relief to be rid of the tinnitus. My hubby has some of that old ringing in the ears and he really hates it. To make it even harder he is hard of hearing.
Good for you for having a pleasant vacation - everyone deserves some me time so make sure you take more time just for you.
I am always glad to read your responses to the members here in the forum and know how much you are appreciated by all.
Joy, Well my friend, how goes it with you? I worry about you as you have had a bumpy ride so far this year and it makes me sad to know you have so much on your plate.
Good to know you had time away with your extended family and cherish those memories. I have no extended family, no aunts, uncles, Mom or Dad or siblings anymore and that has really driven so much of my depression.
But I am trying very hard to live my own life as you cannot live in the past so I hold on tight to the present.
Thank you to you also for supporting this forum. You all know so much more than I do.
Remember perseverance, patience & adaptability.
Bill, I know you are very proud right now and this is the time of year you love. Your daughter and the team are so lucky to have you on their side so go slay the dragons and bring home the championship.
I have a new camera and of course I am having trouble figuring it out - how I wish my computer geeky electrical engineer live here instead of the west coast. I now believe the saying - "You can't teach an old dog new tricks"
Huh, what are all these bells and whistles on this camera for when all I want to do is download from the camera to my puter.
Batter up and have fun !
A big shout out to all who post in this thread - Gentle Hugs, Kitt
