Good Morning,Just my own personal advice - lose all that milk you are drinkingbefore bed. You may have a milk allergy that never bothered you until you started drinking a lot of skim milk before bed. I cannot tolerate custard anymore and if I weaken and have some before bedtime I pay dearly with severe acid reflux. I used to eat it whenever I felt like it a couple of years ago. Adverse reactions to milk are not only allergy-related, but may also result from
lactose sugar.
