Post Nissen question

Hi. I posted to this board right before my Nissen fundoplication three months months ago. Everything went pretty smoothly because I knew what to expect as a result of reading this forum. My doctor was pretty useless with real life direction, but there is great information and people here who more than filled in the gaps.

I have a question though: A couple of weeks ago my stomach and lower abdomen started swelling rather obviously and painfully. It's almost like I am back to a couple of days after the surgery. I can still get food past the wrap site without a problem, but I get painfully full very fast and the pain is pretty constant. And forget wearing pants with a waistband.

I have Crohn's disease, which may account for the lower abdominal issues (it's hasn't done this before, but I've learned to never say never with Crohn's). The real puzzle is the stomach swelling. It seems as though I can feel it through my skin and the area is visibly swollen when I look at my profile. I had improved quite a bit in the last couple of months, and this is a setback that I don' know that I've seen on this board. It seems to get worse over the course of the day and "reset" itself back to light pain in the morning, which increases with the swelling as the day wears on.

I am having a CT scan to check it out on Tuesday, but the group on this board seems to know more than any doctor or surgeon who deals with this surgery. Any thoughts?
