So frustrated!!!

I started seeing a GI specialist 2 hours away because the local GI I was seeing and my surgeon turned me away, said they couldn't do anything else for me. My new GI did a scope and said my wrap was herniated, twisted, and broken down. It needs to be redone AGAIN but he won't redo it until I have another manometry. He was going to do a flex sig (separate issue) and put the manometry tube in while I was sedated and finish the test after I wake up. The issue is they have to schedule it for the first appt in the morning, at 7am. There's no way I can leave at 5am to get there by then. I talked to his assistant about it and she said I could have my local GI do the test so I scheduled it. I just got a call from my 'long distance' GI and said he needs to do the test, I can't have part of my care here and the other part done there. I told him I don't want my care here but I can't get there at 7am to do the tests! I just want my wrap fixed!!!! He said it could keep coming undone if I have a motility problem but I'm pretty sure I read about people that have had motility problems and still got a wrap?

I can't stay overnight. I have 3 kids, 4 after school gets out and my fiance doesn't get done with work until 6am. I told the nurse if she can schedule it later in the day I can find a babysitter but it has to be the first appt of the day. No, everyone I know works in the morning. They let you go by taxi? I asked about that because there's a hotel down the road from the hospital and they said no taxis.
