My gastroscopy revealed a mildly erosive/moderate oesophagitis. GE sphincter competent. And yes, I have GE reflux.

Diagnosis : Oesophagitis.

What does all these mean? Can anyone tell me?

It means your esophagus is damaged from excess acid.
