I would like to hear from those of us who've had Nissen about
the pros and cons of going with the partial (toupet) or the full (360) wrap.
My surgeon thinks that since I don't have hiatal hernia and don't have severe symptoms - and am looking into surgery only because of my PPI intolerance, I would do well with the toupet (partial) wrap and don't need a full wrap.
Some recent studies seem to suggest that the partial would do as good a job (with fewer possibilities of bloating or dysphagia) - and the full should be done only in severe cases.
