Hi,

Does anyone know when the Endostim will be available in Europe/UK and the rough price of the procedure? Have any private patients already been implanted with this device?

Just a quick update for those that are interested. Today I recieved a reply from Endostim it said "

Thanks for contacting our colleagues Endostim in USA.

 We are their partners in the UK and are responsible for installing Endostim with selected experienced Consultant Surgeons . if you could let us know where you live we will direct your email to the surgeon closest to you. He will contact you to discuss the next steps.

 Endostim is now available in the UK but will not be available on the NHS for some time yet.

 Please let us know how you get on.

Hello,

I'm just checking if anyone has heard anything new regarding Endostim clinical trials in the U.S?

I'm at the end of my rope and I think I'm ready to consider being enrolled in one of these studies, before I resort to the more extreme options out there...

I will discuss it with my doctor at the end of the month, but I just wanted to see if I could get more information prior to that visit.

I am having a depressing day and any hopeful news would be appreciated!! mad

Here is a link to the main endostim thread. I had heard that US trials were pencilled in for the end of 2013. I am going too see if I can get on the UK trial.
