Hi ChasingTheDream,Welcome to Healing Well! Sorry you're having so many problems. There are a couple of things that come to mind. First, how are you taking the Prilosec? Here is a link to some important information about how to take it properly.

If you notice, it's extremely important to take it at least an hour before eating, and make sure that the first meal you eat after taking it is high in protein (it could even be milk, yogurt, cheese). Also, it's a medication that works over the long term, and isn't like an antacid that works immediately to relieve symptoms.
Also, are you being careful not to eat before going to bed? You should not eat anything 3-4 hours prior to going to sleep. Another thing you can do is elevate the head of your bed 6-8 inches using bed risers, blocks, or boards under the legs. This allows gravity to help keep the acid in your stomach.
Here is a link to important lifestyle changes you can make to help manage your problem:

Have you discussed this problem with your primary care doctor? Generally they can do a lot to help treat your reflux, but in the end you might get referred to a GI doctor, who specializes in problems like you're having.
Again, glad you've joined us. Hang in there...there are many great medications that can help in addition to lifestyle changes that you begin to make.
Good luck!
