Hi - to whomever it concerns. There are a number of threads being locked in this forum for apparently no reason. Moderator Dencha is the last one to post in them, then they are locked.

I emailed Denise via the email address on her profile, but I have not received any reply and threads are still being locked.

They MUST be being locked accidentally, because often Dencha asks questions of the OP, then they are locked..? It is NOT the case of a thread properly being locked for being off topic or anything else. It's a mistake and those threads need to be UNLOCKED.


Please address this issue as there are questions in those threads that need to be answered.

I just would like it cleared up because it keeps happening!

Oops...I had a "lock thread" box added to top spot under my response Submit box.  The top box used to be for me to request an email notice when there was a new response on the thread.  I've had a new one added without anyone informing, so I habitually checked the first box and I've accidentally locked thread!  Sorry about that! Yikes!

I'm new at this gig!

PS...I didn't get your email.  Could you please resend it to make sure I am receiving emails from here?  I have in the past, so it's strange I didn't get yours.

Thanks, Kitt...I panicked and then didn't really look calmly at the situation.  If I had, I would have seen the "unlock" icon.  Live and Learn...
