Hello,
I don't know if anyone can help me but I would really appreciate some medical knowledge, advice...
Basically after eating I get a very strange sound coming from my chest (I think) The best way to describe it is like a long rumbling sound which can be heard by others (very embarrassing) I have learnt a technique to breath shorter breaths which tends to quieten it or hold my breath which helps a little but I'm fed up of it. I have had this for a couple of years but it just seems to be getting worse.
I am 20 years old, eat 3 meals a day at least and am only around 8 stone.
I find that the noise is louder and lasts longer after certain foods such as pastry or chewing gum (mint)
Any one else out there get this?
I wasn't sure where to post this and assume this would be most relevant.
