Sudden onset abd pain and wretch in

NF and HH repair 12/4. I have done really well. Today though, experienced sudden onset cramping abdominal pain about 1 hour after eating PB sandwhich. I then experienced wretching several times. nothing felt stuck. My esophagus feels raw now. Have not tried to eat since. Still feel some abdominal pain. can't figure out what is going on!

It's a bit soon for eating something sticky like bread and peanut butter. Didn't they give you a diet to follow? If not you might look one up online. UPMC has a post nissen surgery diet online. There are others too.
