Sudden onset abd pain,cramping, diarrhea post NF

Now 10 weeks post NF. I just experienced a sudden onset of abdominal pain, pressure, rolled by nausea, dry heaves, normal bowel movement and then diarrhea. This is the 3rd time since surgery I have experienced this. My wrap hurts afterwards. Is this dumping syndrome? Seems like this has happened twice after eating a salad. Too soon for lettuce. Too much volume? Any suggestions from the wrapped group?

I'd give it a good 5-6 months before having salad with lots of raw veggies. You'll need to introduce foods slowly, as the sudden increase in fiber will cause symptoms you experienced.
