Water, especially alkaline water. Water dilutes the reflux, rinses the esophagus, heads back to the stomach and neutrolizes the acid by raising the pH. ( some put a small amount of sodium bicarbonate in the water,,-- but realize it has sodium in it and you shouldn't use too much. This raises the pH and often helps with heartburn symptoms ). This is just a suggestion.
