Bacon, I have a question with EE, do you ever notice stress makes it worse? Or physical exercise?
Also when eating the allergic foods, does the pain come on suddenly or is it more of just a constant pain? How long does it usually take to settle down once you elliminate that thing from your diet?
Sorry for all the questions, just trying to figure out whether I may have it, I may try elliminating some things from my diet. It feels like my esophagus is constantly inflamed and the only thing that soothes it is just sit still and relax. But I end up doing this for most of the day. Luckily I have a desk job and like only 5 minutes from my work.
