Scary first time gerd attack I think

For last month felt like something stuck in throat every once in a while also burped up throw up I thought never made a big deal of it. Sunday out of blue had pain in chest got real dizzy and had tingling in arms and legs . Thought I was having heart attack. Went to er EKG norm bp a little high they found nothing wrong withme. Doing research I must have gerd. Started taking Prilosec and already feel better. I have no family history of heart probs or acid reflux or gerd. I'm 35 and have always been healthy. This was a very scary moment for me but I'm sure I have gerd. Had the acid in mouth and felt lump in throat not very often so I blew it off. I don't want to ever feel that again with the cest pains and dizziness. Anyone else felt this stuff

Also I would suggest you make an appointment with a GI physician to obtain a positive dx as you may have experienced something else.
