Linx and Esophageal Tear???

For those of you who have had the Linx procedure performed.
Have the Dr's discussed this with you? Is this a possibility? Being this is a foreign object in your body attached to the esophagus and you constantly put stress on the body and your insides, could this device tear your esophagus? Could it rupture the esphagus where it is implanted?
