Upper upper chest dry feeling that goes from sinus down to upper chest. How do I know it's reflux?

Was using histamine and it was working. However, I had to stop because I have allergy tests tomorrow. Since I stopped it has slowly come back. Throat and upper upper upper chest. Probably an asthma feeling. Feels dry and when i think about it i feel a small burning. if i didnt have barretts i might not even notice the feeling. i could be thinking too much. Not sure. about 7 years ago I went and was told I had cpod. Last year I went to another doc and he told me I did not. He said it is reflux.
Either way, I am holding out on the LInx because I want to make sure this will be cured with the surgery. And not find out later it was this or d as it radiates down in to the chest. could be radiating up???i feel more in the nasal passage than i do in the chest.
How many of you get no stomach, no low chest and no middle chest issues. Just throat and very very very high up in the chest. Very high up. Almost is the throat if not the throat. Am I the only one who has these atypical sensations?? Some say its a sensitive esophagus but its more of a sensitive throat. I have Barrett's so they say I must be refluxing. And since I have Barrett's everyone is intent on saying its reflux.

mine is upperchest and lower throat. Don't know why it's like this and no doctor cares to explain.
