Cross posting from the Anxiety forum

Hi everyone, I'm from the anxiety-panic disorder forum. I had a couple questions regarding acid reflux or GERD. I currently suffer from postpartum anxiety. And I recently have had the following symptoms and am wondering if it could be acid reflux.
*Heavy feeling on my chest
*lump in my throat
*difficulty swallowing at times
*slight burning at the back of my throat
*slight burning at the back of my nose
*random cough
*at times when I inhale it feels like its taking my breath away

I did bring these up to my doc and am waiting for a reply. I don't want to seem like I am complaining, but it has been brought to my attention that this could be reflux. I would like some more information if in fact it is. It has gotten increasingly worse over the past week. :/
I'm very discouraged :( and looking for some encouragement.
