I've been following this forum off and on for a while now and am greatful for all the sound advise and empathetic voices.
I'm posting now for the first time because I'm really frustrated with my reflux and need some advice. I've stopped counting how may nights in a row I've woken up with terrible reflux. I've been on several different medications for my reflux, which usually manage things for a while but then seem to stop working after several months. Is that common? I watching what (and when) I eat but it doesn't always help.
I feel like I'm too young to even think about
surgery (32 yrs old) so I've been looking into and asking different people about
pillows for GERD. I've tried to sleep sitted up in bed, which has kinda helped, but holy cow I've gotten some serious kinks in my neck and head ache. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has heard of or better yet tried the Medcline GERD pillows
www.medcline.com? I called the compnay to see if they sell them in any stores so I could try one in person but they said they are only on amazon. I would like to know if it's worked for anyone both for relieving GERD and if it's more comfortable than DIY methods of using lots of pillows. Thier reviews are really good and seem legit but I'd like some real advice just in case.
Thank you in advance
