My name is Renee. I'm a 34 yo female who has had a combination of chest and stomach pain for about
4 years. It started in my pelvis and lower abdomen. My dr thought it was a sign of endometriosis and ovarian cysts, both of which I do have. In 2011 I had a hysterectomy which should have resoved any issues according to the dr, it didn't. In 2012 is when I started feeling upper abdominal pain. I was said to have gallstones and had my galbladder removed. Now its spread even more, and I have constant abdominal and chest pain. No medicines work I've tried numerous. I was said to have a normal colonoscopy and endoscopy. I recently had a ph study done. Still waiting on results.
Is this really a GERD issue? I mean to have pain evolve so much, even when treatments and surgeries have been done to minimze it. I'm just confused, and a little scared to be honest. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks
