Would getting my nissen fundoplication redone help my heartburn and nausea?

I had a nissen fundoplication done when I was an infant and am now 23 I have had increased heartburn and nausea and have contemplated asking my doctor to have the surgery again. Would you suggest that? I am already on a daily prescription for heartburn (dexilant 60mg) and Zofran 4mg 4-8 times a day due to excessive nausea. I know this is a personal option but I would like some feedback from people who know about nissen fundoplication's.
I have had 3 endoscopy's and colonoscopy's and they have found 2 ulcers. The most recent endoscopy I had there were no ulcers present due to the Dexilant helping to repair them (which in my understanding is what it does)

I'm just looking for some guidance and thoughts on the matter. My doctor hasn't brought it up to me but I've been thinking about it for a few months. I know after 10 years its not as effective and I've been lucky that I started having problems when i was 20 instead of 10 but I am so tired of dealing with the acid reflux and nausea that I want to find an end to it. Any insight would help a lot I'm going to see my gastroenterologist next week and would like to be able to talk to him about it.
