Hi Bea,Welcome to the Wrapped Club! Hang in there! This will all improve in time. You may not want to hear it, but this surgery takes 6 months for most of the healing, and a year for the rest. You're still in the early stages of recovery, which makes everything harder. Keep the faith...it will improve. This isn't forever!
You will ALWAYS need to chew your food thoroughly and eat more slowly. There is now an unnatural barrier between your esophagus and your stomach, so things will need to go down more well chewed than it did when your LES was wide open. Eating slowly and chewing thoroughly is a healthy choice anyway...even non-wrapped people should follow that rule!
Gas and bloating are fairly common at your stage of recovery, and should gradually become less of a problem over time. I found BEANO before gassy veggies was very helpful. If you can actually burp, Gas-X can help get the gas out. Otherwise you'll just have to hang in there until it all exits the back door. The bloating issues will improve once healing is further along, unless your wrap was made extremely tight. You could still have some swelling that is adding to the problem.
The diarrhea is likely dumping, which is another unfortunate symptom of recovery from stomach surgery. It's extremely common, but isn't forever. I had the problem more in the beginning, but it gradually subsided over the first year. I was still getting it occasionally, and figured it might be a quirk I'd have to live with, but sometime during the second year I realized it wasn't happening any more.
Here's a link to an anti-dumping diet. See if it helps at all:

Hang in there...it gets better!
Happy healing,
