I have had the same thing! I discovered staying clear of fiber laden foods and taking a stool softener religiously has helped a TON. No more milk, no more cheese, no more oatmeal for me....
My surgeon says that in the next 6 months you get a lot better as your digestive system recovers and normalizes, but I found that staying away from trigger foods helps me immensely!
