Been about 7 months and yesterday got my first attack. Taking Zantac 150mg at nights. Then next day, been peeing a lot. Weird to say, never had this urge before from passed attacks.

Had to take apple cider vinegar with water to calm my stomach.

Im sorry you you got an attack. Do you think that you might have a urinary or bladder infection? Maybe the infection is causing swelling and aggravating your stomach causing an attack. Im assuming you mean a acid reflux attack.

When i have a uti my gerd is aggravated. Just an idea.

Are you sure the ACV isn't irritating your bladder? I've had lots of issues with painful bladder/non-infective cystitis alongside GERD for the last 3 years. The bladder problem started first - the stomach issues started after I gave up tea and coffee for my bladder issues (go figure)! The only sensible conclusion I've ever drawn is that my stomach issues make it difficult for me to drink enough fluid to keep my bladder happy.

I did find marshmallow capsules helpful for the bladder.

I've been having acupuncture for quite a while now too. In Chinese medicine terms there is a link between the stomach and the bladder to do with fluids and energy flow, but I don't know enough to explain properly!

All I can say is I've had both problems off and on for the last 3 years and have yet to find a common cause!

The bladder issue seem to be just one day. lucky. did some reading and some say that Zantac doesn't seem to work if taken often. been on it for about 7-8months taken once at night. maybe i should try 75mg in the morning and 150 at nights.
