I have been getting a bloated feeling in my upper left tummy. So, this morning while driving to work I tried burping. No luck. But, I then tried something new. Sitting straight up, I lifted my left rib cage up while my right side went down. Not in the hips but in the rib cage. This process allowed air to move about and I burped a storm . I switched sides and lifted my right side of my rib cage while dropping my left side and burped a bunch again. Point your chin up and try to burp.
Might think of lifting your shoulder up but concentrate on your rib cage.
I did this today and hope it works in the future when I need to burp. Tried it now and burped again.
