If the pressure is in the lower chest, like lower sternum, then yes that can still happen. The wrap area can scar a lot depending on how much the had to cut loose. If it's higher up I would discuss this with your doctor soon.
Not that it can't be related, but just to be safe. There are a lot of people who still notice improvements past the 1 year mark, myself included. Sometimes we can get inflammation of the sternum and this can be quite painful. I had this after my last redo. My surgeon put me on steroids for a week and that helped a lot.
