Welcome, Jan.
The arm movement may not have anything to do with the chest pain. If you're on that much stomach med you have a pretty bad problem that needs to be addressed by your doctor(s).
The pain is probably stomach related, but you should have the heart checked out, just in case. Just get heart ruled out.
I used to get this sort of pain, which seemed like a bubble stuck in my stomach, after breakfast while driving to the school. I could usually get it to stop by forcing up a burp. It turned out I was having a food intolerance reaction. My breakfast cereal had lovely, delicious dried fruit. Keeping a good food journal helped my allergist figure out I was having a reaction to sulfites from the dried fruit, which was triggering tachycardia and pain from the heart. Heart doc found nothing!
This syndrome is called cardio-esophageal reflex. (That's reflex with an E, not reflux. It may have absolutely nothing to do with your problem.) You can google or use the search box at the top of the page here.
When I learned to avoid my food triggers I had no more chest pain. This is my experience. You may have something else entirely. At least keeping the journal is easy and free. I just keep a notebook on the kitchen counter. Look up food journal too. Lots of posts.
Edit: Forcing up the burp has a name too - Valsalva maneuver. Look it up and try it for your chest pain.
