I wouldn't be too alarmed. I've gone through all of that as well. I had my nissen done November the 1st. I had the pulp of a clementine stuck at my wrap for over 12 hours. Needless to say I didn't try eating one of those again. Moving too quickly to soft food can irritate your wrap. Just slow down a bit and be more careful with what you eat if you have this problem. Burning feeling.. remember your esophagus is a dumb organ and interprets all pain as reflux. I'm not surprised you'd have that sensation.
You.. we.. are in the early days of healing. Everyone says a good 80 percent of the healing takes place in the first six months or so. Possibly prolong that estimate to a year. Even more healing takes place into the second year.
Good luck, and it does get better! I've done all kinds of complaining with my recovery, but in retrospect, things always have gotten better.
