LPR?

Hello, I hope I won't bore you but I am not sure where to go anymore with this.
It all started one year ago, after many stressful situations (my mom died, got bad grades at University...), couple months after I started getting post nasal drip and my left part of chest got so painful that I couldn't move for half an hour. After the pain went, I had cold sensation in that part of lung. I went to doctor and I had x-ray of chest which showed nothing, EKG etc... everything was fine. After a while I developed a sensation in the chest that I need to cough and I did cough very badly which scared me. After a while that sensation was gone (thank God) and I don't cough anymore but I still have post nasal drip and a white tongue. After I read on the Internet I find out that those are the symptoms of LPR so in October last year I went to ENT and had both laryngoscope and endoscopy, they both found nothing. Doctor told me my throat looks great, and she found that I have deformed part of the nose. I was so happy she told me my throat is good but also confused me more what could this be? I am also diagnosed with Hashimoto disease so you can see that I have a lot of problems for a 21 year old which was in the best health just over a year ago :(. I am slowly getting into depression because I don't know what to do. What also was weird is that I went drinking one night and in the morning I never felt better, and some other night I drank a lot of alcohol and I had a lot of mucus...
So to summarize this long post
-I went to ENT and had laryngoscopy, she told me my throat looks fine and even took pictures of it (on my request)
-I am diagnosed with Hashimoto disease but my hormones are still in boundaries of normal
-I still have post nasal drip and white tongue (which I had also tested, and doesn't have any bacteria), though not so much problems with voice and feeling of burn like I read that people got a lot (I even read people loose voice)
-I can sometimes hear rumbles in my stomach which can get very loud
-I burp after I eat

So my question is can it be anything else beside LPR? Could this be caused by Hashimoto? Shouldn't the laryngoscopy show at least some signs of damage for almost one year of reflux?

Please help :(.

Hm not really, but it definitely sounds I have some problems with my stomach because even after I drink water there are weird sounds coming from it, and it's very loud (even when I am not hungry). Like I said, doctor checked my throat and said it looks perfectly normal. Can it be connected with Hashimoto and thyroid?

EDIT: Now that you mentioned, I do get burning feeling in the upper part of my stomach when I wake up but it disappears quickly. I also burp on empty stomach, I am not sure if that is also common with LPR?
