Welcome to the forum, Sherrod.
From your food intolerance list. may I suggest you start checking for sulfite intolerance. The products you mentioned contain it, particularly in the corn syrup! It's in the lemon juice in the jelly as well as the corn syrup they use too. It's in all commercial bread unless the product is labeled "preservative free."
Free online book that has a great list of foods with sulfites and how much is in a portion. Also has how to calculate how much you tolerate - which isn't much if a can of Coke sets you off.
http://www.learningtarget.com/nosulfites/index.htm The book was written by a guy who's reaction is migraines, but my reaction is reflux - which can set my heart into tachycardia. Do you get palpitations after consuming corn syrup?
To see if your reaction is to sulfites, start keeping a really good food journal/log, which is what my allergist had me do. Look up food journal in the search box at the top of the page for MANY threads. We have a LOT of people on the allergy forum with this problem.
I'm no doctor, so consult an allergist when you have your journal. There is no standardized test for sulfite allergy. You may also have more than one allergy or sensitivity. I do. I no longer tolerate wheat and am lactose intolerant.
