Sunny,
Americans are ashamed by silly things (I am one). It's like most, if not all of us like sex for example, but no one will admit it. haha.
All the things you have listed sounds just awful. I feel a little guilty for complaining. Do you EVER get any relief? Is your life still somewhat normal?
You're taking a lot of meds. I imagine it's tough to keep up with. Is being on all those beneficial? Is there a particular one you might could take that does more than say two or three of those? I told GI Doctor #2 Zofran does nothing for me (granted my nausea has left for the most part, but it'll be back), but he prescribed it to me again anyway. smh. lol
Low residue diet? Can you explain? I never concerned myself with bulky stool when I was younger. I thought my having giant movements was fine. It was normal for me. Needless to say, my mom, and maybe my dad, were baffled at times. I had no issues with passing those. However, I was a kid and/or a very young adult then. I'm a huge wrestling fan and heard something today where this announcer said this now deceased wrestler had one 18 inches long and was very proud of it. I have however read in multiple places that large stool like that isn't good.
I've barley wanted to touch anything this week, much like in the beginning, so I understand. I typically feel like I've JUST had a big meal, but today some of that passed. Twice this week, I have had difficulty breathing/talking. I called my GP about it and he said to take a Xanax even though I read that might not be good if you're short of breath. It actually helped. I felt pretty good today until the shortness of breath episodes. When he called me yesterday, I don't recall if I mentioned it. Physically, I was feeling pretty good!... and then that came on. Perhaps it was an anxiety attack caused by things in my subconscious. I always have just so much to cover. If they'd let me talk to them for three hours, I would. I made a new thread about this, but I've also had a lot of pain in my right side. It's not EXCRUCIATING, but it's noticeable and annoying. I suppose it's in the gallbladder/kidney area. Dr. Haverty (GI doctor #1), has repeatedly dismissed it. It might stay away a few weeks and then come back. Rarely does it hurt at the same time I'm having issues with my stomach or wrap area.
TonyG told me something to the extent of this. Neither he or I are big breakfast guys nor have we ever been. However, it's important get something on your stomach in the morning. If not, it's kind of empty, and that acid is just going to churn. At least I think that's the gist of it. If you can handle small meals throughout the day instead of the big 3... breakfast, lunch, and dinner, that might help.
I had some spare weight to lose, too! 225 around surgery time, down to 180 fairly quickly, back to 200, now back to 180. Yeah, my bod hates meeee.
It's abundantly clear I have enough mental issues to fill an asylum. The doctors gotta hate me. I'm always nice, though!
You talk as much as you want any time you want. I wanted to respond to this sooner than I did, so forgive the delay. I don't want to sign on here at work and I need a keyboard so I can type. It's too much for a phone or tablet.
The date went great! I felt wonderful for that 4 or 5 hours we were together. It was good to finally get some relief, but it didn't last. Some is better than none.
