Hello theacidrefluxman! Did you "try fast tract digestion" diet?
When you say "healthy diet" it sounds like whole grains and all that stuff...But whole grains are a good food for intestinal bacterias and that is why 'health food" can be not healthy at all for GERD sufferers.
If you react badly on "health food", Fast Tract diet can be an option for you..

theacidrefluxman, you know, i've tried Fast truct diet for 3 weeks strictly without result also.
But i like (and i believe) the idea of this approach. Today i've restarted it. I am going to hold it for a few months and see what it will do in more long time.
