For those with LPR, did you have a double probe on your pH study?

Just noticing on Dr. Koufman's site that she mentions the double probe pH study, one probe for the pharynx, and one for the esophagus. The order my gi doc didn't mention that. Do they give you a choice, does it have to be dual probe to show the lpr?
