hi all
has anyone tried white cabbage or/and raw potato juice? i started taking it for GERD and hopefully to heal ulcers. So far, so good - i take 1/2 glass three times a day before food and it is really soothing, the symptoms seem to disappear... There should not be any side effect except may be a bit of gas. I read that people healed ulcers this way within a week or so... Please share your experiences with that natural treatment. Thanks
another thing i am trying is kefir diet (twice a day with fruits or for the night). definitely nice and soothing. and of cause a lot of camomile and ginger tea, etc
any other diet tricks to keep regular, heal ulcers and keep GERD in check? I find that i eat the same good daily and have issues gaining weight which i really need to... i am not doing great with carbs or red meat, cannot have bread at all... i am not celiac, just seem to disagree with me. thank you for any advice on the diet or natural effective ways
