I've had GERD for a couple years now and decided that I had gone to the hospital enough times for heart attack symptoms so I decided to try the All Raw vegan vegetable juices for two meals and a salad at lunch. So far my Gerd is getting better. I don't have the horrible pains I used to have. In the mean time I still take 150mg Ranitidine twice a day. I have lost 15 pounds, my head feels less foggy, I feel more energetic and sleep better.
So for the day this is my meal plan -
AM juice - cabbage,carrots,apple,ginger,celery
LUNCH - salad (no animal products or dairy) with nuts
DINNER juice cabbage, carrots, apple, avocado, spinach
SNACK - fruits and almonds
HYDRATION - water (at least 1500 ml per day)
On the weekend 1 day I have cooked food with my family.
So far, the sacrifice is worth it!
