Just curious. I ate a bit much for dinner. I never learn. I'm experiencing what feels like heartburn (dinner was 3.5 hours ago) and a bit of a sore throat.

Yep if I over do it. remember the wrap is to get us back to normal and normal people do get heartburn.

Hopefully nothing to worry about. I don't recall feeling this since the surgery. When overdoing it in the past, it's more so messed with my stomach.
