Hi mowemdown,Welcome to Healing Well! I don't know a lot about
bile reflux, but there are a couple things I can say. First, obviously, anti-acid meds won't work, so that's a problem for you. There is one thing that can help make you more comfortable, and that's Carafate suspension. Has it been prescribed? It coats the tissue of your esophagus and stomach, and helps protect it.
There's also the Nissen fundoplication surgery, which helps keep the bile in your stomach, rather than migrating into your more sensitive esophagus. This is only an option if your LES is weak and your problem is the effects of the bile on your esophageal tissue.
