Hi, glad that everything is well. My daughter, 30 years old, had the full 360 on Wednesday. She stayed overnight one night and went home. She had bile reflux that was miserable for her and caused so much esophageal damage. I am so glad she had it done. So far, her recovery has been smoother than we expected. She can still burp a little and the bloating has not been nearly as bad as we feared it would be. She had a surgeon who has done this surgery about 500 times. So that is important. Both the gastro and the surgeon felt it was important to do because of the damage already done.
She has been having Ensure, mashed potatoes with gravy, canned carrots, tea, water, apple juice, things like that and she is actually feeling pretty well. She did have some esophageal spasms but they are better. I think her quality of life will be so much better. It was hard to see her suffering so much.
Georgia.
