Weight loss?

Hey all!
I'm still struggling with my reflux issues, and I'm just on here looking for some motivation, I suppose.

I definitely have some weight to lose. I could lose 35 lbs and not be unhealthily skinny, so there's definitely improvements to be made there.

I was just wondering if any of you on here have been helped by (rather significant) weightloss? I need a kick in the behind to really work on shedding lbs faster.

Hi Bella,

I'm 23, about 5 FT 10, always been quite skinny, right before I had my Full Nissen Fundoplication I was very happy as I weighed the most I ever had which was about 77 kilo's but you would never know it by looking at me. In the first 2 weeks after the surgery I dropped 10 kilos and now its been six months you can start to tell I'm losing a bit more, currently down to 64-65kg's and I'm trying to get back up there but I just can't.

I do have a fast metabolism and try to keep fit.

I am in the same boat. Could stand to lose around 20 pounds. But I have to eat regularly to stop the burning and hunger pangs and if I eat salad etc., it causes problems with my IBS. Plus I don't seem to be able to exercise without refluxing. How do you do it?
