Sinusitis after a fundoplication

I've always suspected that my sinus symptoms (including post nasal drip and a stuffy nose) were caused by the reflux. I've had a fundoplication last week that successfully stopped my reflux but my sinus symptoms have remained thus far. For people who have had fundoplications and sinusitis like symptoms, how long did they take to clear up after the surgery? Would it be recommended to go on a course of steroids to speed up the anti-inflammation healing process?
