Hi TiredArtist, I had mine done on 28th of July, and I felt gassier and my regurgitation was worse for a few days afterwards, my main pain was my throat though. If you had biopsies taken you might be having some pain from those areas perhaps?
The major thing you need to look out for is blood - like blood in your stool or bloody vomit, because that can be a sign of a perforation, but its a very rare occurance. If the pain gets too intense I would go to the A&E and let them know you've had an endoscopy done. Other than that just keep an eye on it, if it hasn't gone away or doesn't seem to be lessening by Monday then call your Dr, but I wouldn't be surprised if it eases by then, mine was done on a Tuesday and everything seemed back to normal by about Sunday
