Thank you for replying!
@Michiganmom
I really appreciate you detailed reply. As far as I know, my dad has diabetes and I think it runs in the family. However , I can assure you I have no diabetes. I am young, 16 yrs old and considered severely overweight.
I have tried reproducing the pain just like you said in your reply for a few days but I can't feel the same pain that I felt when I get chest pain. As for drinking enough, I 'm pretty sure I'm drinking enough water since I drink from a 1L bottle 2-3 times a day.
As for my medication for gerd, I took the medications for two weeks according the doctor's order and I intended to continue taking the medication but I read an article that I should not be dependent on the medication or it might cause complications. As long as I do not over eat, I do not have any signs of gerd that will happen ( besides the chest pain)
As for how the doctor diagnosed me with gerd, I told her I constantly needed to burp and have chest and abdominal pain and the feeling of constriction on my neck. She said she knows what I have alrdy and she did some percussion around my abdominal area . That was all she did.
Recently, my heart palpitations are happening every night. It will happen even if I ate 4hours ago. My chest pain have been mild and short. But what worries me is that it's always near the center of my chest. I have this app that can measure heart rate and it shows my heart rate is above 100bpm almost everytime. My highest was 141bpm while walking. It's pretty constant as well. I also break out in cold sweat out of no where recently. I do not use an air conditioner. I am gonna discuss going to a cardiologist and gastroenterologist to my parents . Thanks for the advice
@Sweetred
I'm sorry you have the same experience as me. It can be worrying a lot. But I'm glad that I'm not the only one who have my experiences because that means there's a chance that I will get answers to why I have these experiences.
