Does anyone have sharp pains, sorta like esophagus spasms? And under the right breast its always bubblying and twisitng? I did have my gallbladder removed in 2013 though

Check sphincter of Oddi dysfunction. I get sharp pains and they think that is what I might have.

I also have sphincter of oddi dysfunction. But, there is a section of the colon in that area that makes a sharp turn. Many GI doctors will say the spasms may come from there, as waste or gas becomes temporarily trapped.

Please make an appointment with your GI doctor regarding this.

I've had sharp pains sort of along my diagphragm since my gallbladder was removed, but because my LPR and GERD got crazily out of control just before I needed my gallbladder out its hard to say what caused the pain. It can get pretty bad at times, no gurgling that I can recall though.

Let me know how you get on finding out what it is. My attempts got as far as my GI getting stumped and trying to blame it on anxiety. I did wonder if it could have been SOD, but haven't really pursued it any further.
